| | | Roger Davey Position: Director
Roger is a Chartered Mining Engineer with over thirty years experience in the mining industry. He is presently an Assistant Director and the Senior Mining Engineer at N M Rothschild (London) in the Mining and Metals project finance team where, for the last ten years he has had responsibility for the assessment of the technical risk associated with current and prospective project loans. Prior to this his experience covered the financing, development and operation of both underground and surface mining operations in gold and base metals at senior management and Director level in South America, Africa and the United Kingdom. His previous positions included Director, Vice President and General Manager of Anglo American / Minorco (AngloGold) subsidiaries in Argentina (1994 - 1997), where he managed the development of the Cerro Vanguardia gold-silver mine; Operations Director of Greenwich Resources plc, London (1984 - 1992); Production Manager for Blue Circle Industries in Chile (1979 - 1984); and Gold Fields of South Africa (1971 - 1978). He is a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines, England (1970), with a Master of Science degree in Mineral Production Management from Imperial College, London University, England (1979). He is a Chartered Engineer (C. Eng.), a European Engineer (Eur. Ing.) and a Member of The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (MIMMM). Roger is fluent in Spanish.

| | | William Fisher Position: Director
Bill Fisher graduated as a geologist in 1979 and has extensive industry experience which has included a number of residential posts in Africa, Australia, Europe and Canada in both exploration and mining positions. Under his leadership, Karmin Exploration discovered the Aripuanã base metal massive sulphide deposits in Brazil. From 1997 to 2001 Bill was Vice President, Exploration for Boliden AB, a major European mining and smelting company where he was responsible for thirty five projects in nine countries. From 2001 to 2008 Bill led GlobeStar Mining Corp. from an exploration company to an emerging base metal producer in the Dominican Republic which developed and operates the Cerro de Maimon mine. Bill was also Chairman of Aurelian Resources which was acquired by Kinross in 2008 for $1.2 Billion after the discovery of the Fruta del Norte gold deposit in Ecuador. Bill currently serves as an independent director of PC Gold (TSX: PKL), RX exploration (RXE.CNQ) and Treasury Metals (TSX: TML).

| | | Stephen Orr Position: Director
Stephen Orr is currently the President and CEO of Ventana Gold Corp. ("Ventana") (TSX: VEN), a Vancouver-based mineral exploration and development company. Mr. Orr joined Ventana in September 2009 following five years as CEO of OceanaGold Limited, where under his leadership Oceana built and commissioned two new mines in New Zealand and increased production by 90%. Prior to Oceana Mr. Orr spent 23 years with Barrick Gold Corp. and Homestake Mining Company in a number of progressively senior roles, ultimately serving as President and CEO of Homestake Canada Inc. Following the merger of Homestake with Barrick Gold Corporation Mr. Orr was Vice President and Managing Director for Australia and Africa with Barrick.

| | | Anna Stylianides Position: Director
Anna Stylianides began her career in corporate law by joining the firm of Webber Wentzel Attorneys in 1990 after graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. In 1992 she joined Investec Merchant Bank Limited where she specialized in risk management and gained experience in the areas of corporate finance and structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, structuring, specialized finance and other banking and financial services transactions. She was also involved in designing and structuring of financial products for financial institutions and corporations. She has been a director of and has been engaged in the financial restructuring of certain Nasdaq publicly traded companies and has knowledge of Canadian and SEC securities regulations. In recent years Ms Stylianides was the CEO of FinTec Holdings Corp, a company specializing in structuring and implementing corporate and structured finance transactions in the Mining and Bio Science sectors. In September 2005, Ms Stylianides joined the Surgical Spaces, Inc Group of Companies as director and CEO and has overseen its national expansion strategy as one of Canada's private healthcare consolidators. Ms Stylianides currently is on the board of directors of various institutions such as Callinan Mines Limited, Kaiser Foundation and the Frazer Institute.

| | | Anthony Warrender Position: Director
Anthony is a graduate of Christ Church, Oxford and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He spent four years with Coopers & Lybrand in London and was Vice President, Corporate Finance of J. Henry Schroder Corporation in New York. He has been President of Warrender Associates, Inc., a private financial consultancy and investment business in Virginia USA since 1983. Mr Warrender has many years of experience as directors of public mining companies including CoCa Mines Inc., based in Denver and acquired by Hecla Mining in 1991. He was a director of Oxus Mining Plc. from 1997 to 2001.
