Neil MacDonald
Position: Chairman

Neil is CEO of NovaDX a publicly-traded Merchant Bank that provides capital investment, corporate finance, financial and business advisory services to companies engaged in the exploration of natural resources. Prior to joining NovaDX, Mr. MacDonald was Manager of Retail Corporate Finance with Blackmont Capital Inc. At Blackmont, Mr MacDonald was responsible for overseeing junior market transactions aggregating financing for 50-70 companies per year. Prior to Blackmont he served as a corporate finance partner with Goepel McDermid, McDermid St. Lawrence Securities and Canaccord Capital. He serves on the TSX Venture Exchange Local Advisory Committee and has been a past member of the IDA Pacific District Counsel.

 
David J. Hall
Position: Vice-Chairman

Prior to GoldQuest David was Regional Exploration Manager and Divisional Director for AngloGold South America based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this position, he was responsible for regional and mine exploration programs in Brazil, Argentina, and Peru, Ecuador and Colombia. He is a graduate in Geology of Trinity College Dublin and holds a Masters Degree in Mineral Exploration from Queens University, Ontario. From 1992, he was Chief Geologist for Minorco responsible for Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East. He moved to South America in 1997 as Group Senior Geologist for Minorco South America. David has worked on and evaluated exploration projects and mines in over 40 countries. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.

 
Alistair Waddell
Position: President, CEO & Director

Prior to GoldQuest Alistair was a Senior Geologist with AngloGold South America Ltd based in Peru. He lived and worked in Latin America for over ten years including five years in the Dominican Republic and is a fluent Spanish speaker. He has worked for several other mining and exploration companies including De Beers, Ashton Mining, Vista Gold Corp. and Minorco in Australia, Bolivia, Venezuela and Peru. Alistair has a BSc (Hons.) Degree in Geology and is a Member of the Society of Economic Geologists.

 
Roger Davey
Position: Director

Roger is a Chartered Mining Engineer with over thirty years experience in the mining industry. He is presently an Assistant Director and the Senior Mining Engineer at N M Rothschild (London) in the Mining and Metals project finance team where, for the last ten years he has had responsibility for the assessment of the technical risk associated with current and prospective project loans. Prior to this his experience covered the financing, development and operation of both underground and surface mining operations in gold and base metals at senior management and Director level in South America, Africa and the United Kingdom. His previous positions included Director, Vice President and General Manager of Anglo American / Minorco (AngloGold) subsidiaries in Argentina (1994 - 1997), where he managed the development of the Cerro Vanguardia gold-silver mine; Operations Director of Greenwich Resources plc, London (1984 - 1992); Production Manager for Blue Circle Industries in Chile (1979 - 1984); and Gold Fields of South Africa (1971 - 1978). He is a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines, England (1970), with a Master of Science degree in Mineral Production Management from Imperial College, London University, England (1979). He is a Chartered Engineer (C. Eng.), a European Engineer (Eur. Ing.) and a Member of The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (MIMMM). Roger is fluent in Spanish.

 
Anthony Warrender
Position: Director

Anthony is a graduate of Christ Church, Oxford and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He spent four years with Coopers & Lybrand in London and was Vice President, Corporate Finance of J. Henry Schroder Corporation in New York. He has been President of Warrender Associates, Inc., a private financial consultancy and investment business in Virginia USA since 1983. Mr Warrender has many years of experience as directors of public mining companies including CoCa Mines Inc., based in Denver and acquired by Hecla Mining in 1991. He was a director of Oxus Mining Plc. from 1997 to 2001.
